Many countries have different views to us on things that we may find surprising.
Cultural issues may cover things like:
- Languages
- Character sets
- Colours
- Use of social media
The Digital Divide
The digital divide is the division which exists between those individuals who can use technology and those who are not.
There may be multiple reasons for this include:
- Money
- Internet Access
- Location
- Training
- Disability
